Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our drone shoot booking mobile application Dazz Drones. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use the App.

DATA PRIVACY

1: We value your privacy and will handle your personal information according to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

1: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot may be subject to a cancellation fee.
2: Refunds for cancellations or dissatisfaction with the shoot will be handled according to situation
3: Refunds will be made if Dazz Drones is not able to fulfil any booked order and holds the right to cancel the booking prior to 24 hours the scheduled shoot time

CHANGES TO TERMS

1: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.

CONTENT OWNERSHIP

1: The ownership of all footage, images, and content captured during the drone shoot remains with the owner until the payment and any applicable editing fees are settled.
2: The footages and videos can be used anywhere by the customer

EDITING SERVICES

1: If you choose to opt for editing services, additional charges may apply. Editing services will be performed by our service team and may require additional time.

LIABILITY

1: We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or any legal situation arising from the drone shoot services provided.
2: In the event of a police or legal intervention during the shoot, the customer assumes full responsibility for managing the situation. Dazz Drones and the drone pilot shall not be held accountable in such circumstances
3: You agree to the term that there should be always I point of contact at the shooting location

PAYMENT

1: Payments for bookings and any additional services are processed securely through the App. Prices are displayed in and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

2: The payment of shoot will be taken 100% advance and will be withhold with the banking provider, once the order gets fulfilled the money will be credited to Dazz Drones.

BOOKINGS AND SERVICES

1: The App facilitates the booking of drone shoot services provided by skilled pilots and drone operators. By making a booking through the App, you acknowledge and agree that you are entering into a contract directly with the Dazz Drones.

2: Bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until payment is received and confirmed by the Pilot.

3: Any additional services or editing requested post-shoot may be subject to extra charges, as outlined in the booking details.
